The direction of anyones life can be changed if that person can get a glimpse of what their destiny can become if one chooses to make the right choices. Assemblies are being held at Clark Middle, Conkwright and George Rogers Clark with Bill Ballenger, lead vocalist for the Indiana bases band Crossover who established the TEENROCK program. Ballenger has taken his message across the nation along with appearances in Russia and China. A free concert will be held on February 5, Thursday,at George Rogers Clark at 7:00 P.M. with the band Crossover and Carcass. The Winchester Civitan Club has made a donation to TEENROCK and we challenge our fellow clubs, lodges and service organizations to do the same.
